Requirements

  • Cat lover

  • Able to work under time constraint
  • KPI oriented to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Understand the sales & retail work environment is not the same as office hour work.
  • Long hours work. (9:00 – 19:00)
  • Committed and punctual
  • Proactive and passionate
  • Familiar with social media tools
  • Skill in taking & editing photo/video will be an added advantage.
  • Open to be relocated will be an added advantage

Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about services provided.
  • Respond promptly & professionally to telephone calls or email inquiries regarding booking requests/questions
  • Assist customers with selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs
  • Process bookings/reservations ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality
  • Prepare invoices/receipts for payment processing & record keeping purposes
  • Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at reception desk; reorder supplies when necessary
  • Ensure cleanliness/orderliness within lobby area as well as other common areas that are visible from front desk.
