(KARA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Johor Corporation with principal business activity of KEDAI AYAMAS convenience food store concept in Malaysia.

Kedai Ayamas is a modern setting convenience food store concept operated by Ayamas Shoppe Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of KARA Holding Sdn Bhd which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johor Corporation.

KEDAI AYAMAS was the first established store in Malaysia to introduce the sale of HALAL fresh chicken and other poultry-based products in a modern setting that is hygienic and convenient. In tandem with its tagline “More Than Just Chicken”, KEDAI AYAMAS also offer kitchen-shelf products which ranging from special sauces to confectionery as well as beverages.

Currently, there are 75 KEDAI AYAMAS stores nationwide comprising of 38 stores operated by Ayamas Shoppe Sdn Bhd and 37 stores operated by the Franchisee via KEDAI AYAMAS Franchise Programme. Apart from KEDAI AYAMAS, we are also involved in a wholesale business activity with the supply of HALAL fresh chicken and frozen products to distributors and other F&B establishments across Malaysia.
